- The Request for Scheduled and Charter Flights must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the planned flights;

- The Request for Ad Hoc flights must be submitted at least three (3) days prior to the planned flight;

- The request for Taxi Flights must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the planned flight
