Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Mr. Liburn Aliu, together with the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Mr. Hajrulla Çeku, met with the KFOR Chief of Staff, the Brigadier General of the US Army in Kosovo, Mr. Larry Henry.

In this meeting was discussed about the priorities of MESPI, as well as cooperation with KFOR on issues of common interest. The main issues discussed at the meeting were nature protected areas, the state of the environment, as well as the preservation and promotion of Kosovo's cultural heritage.

The two sides expressed their readiness to intensify cooperation on issues dealing with the environment.
