Minister Liburn Aliu met today the Commander of KFOR, Major General Franco Federici and the Military Assistant, Executive Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Enrico Calise.

We discussed with Commander Federici on issues related to spatial planning, infrastructure and the environment, on which occasion I also briefed him on the ministry's priorities related to these sectors.

Regarding his interest in environmental issues, and some of our activities that have begun and are underway in this area, he offered his full support, including other areas based on the capacity and competencies of KFOR.

The broad civic support that was translated into a strong governing mandate for good change, obliges us to be on top of the duty and open to cooperation, I stressed at this meeting.
